A Fresh Look for DayMark

I'm excited to share that we've completed a comprehensive design and layout overhaul for DayMark. While the core functionality remains the same—helping you build a consistent daily devotion habit—the entire experience has been refined and polished.

What's New

Improved User Interface

We've refreshed the visual design across the entire app with subtle but meaningful improvements. The interface now feels more cohesive and polished, with better spacing, typography, and color consistency throughout all pages.

Enhanced Dashboard

The dashboard—your central hub for viewing progress and managing devotions—has been redesigned for better clarity and usability. It's now easier to see at a glance what's important and what needs your attention.

Better Interactions

We've paid close attention to the small details that make a big difference in how the app feels. Hover effects, cursor feedback, and interactive elements are now more intuitive and responsive, giving you clear visual feedback for every action you take.

Refined Components

Every component you interact with—from the time picker to share modals, from form inputs to the 404 page—has been thoughtfully updated. These improvements make navigation smoother and more enjoyable throughout your experience.

Accessibility Improvements

As part of this redesign, we've improved accessibility across the app. Better cursor states, improved focus indicators, and more consistent interactive patterns mean the app works better for everyone.

Why We Did This

DayMark is still early in its journey, and I believe that having a polished, well-designed experience is important. You spend time in this app almost every day, and it should feel intentional and thoughtful. This redesign is part of my commitment to making DayMark not just functional, but genuinely enjoyable to use.
